Recovery Update: Operations Resumed & Service Commitments

Brisbane Logistics is pleased to announce that we have resumed full operations following the recent disruptions caused by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Our top priority remains delivering parcels and freight as efficiently as possible.
Clearing the Backlog & Service Enhancements
To ensure a smooth recovery, additional team members have been deployed to help clear the backlog and restore normal delivery timelines as quickly as possible. While some delivery delays may still occur, we anticipate a full return to regular service by next week.
Force Majeure Event: No Additional Fees
As previously communicated on 7 March, a Force Majeure Event remains in place until we can consistently meet agreed delivery timelines. However, we are pleased to confirm that there will be no Force Majeure Fees charged to customers during this period.
